Ad Hoc Call-out charges do not require negotiation beforehand - just call us:

Ad Hoc Fix-On-Fail	9am to 5pm (Workday - ie excludes weekend and Public Holidays)	$100 per hour or part thereof + GST (mention the web site and get the first 30 minutes for $50 + GST)
	9am to 5pm (Weekends, but excludes Public Holidays)	$150 per hour or part thereof + GST
	all other times	$200 per hour or part thereof + GST

(parts, consumables and software etc. extra)

Currently free-transport servicing is restricted to the Wellington locale, bounded by Pukerua Bay, Upper Hutt and Wellington, we offer exceptionally competitive rates - just call for a quote esp if outside our prime operational area.
